Edmonton Public Library — Stanley A. Milner (Downtown). Refreshments and food provided at every session.
Virtual Participants Welcome
Participants outside Edmonton are welcome to join fully online. ECHOFORM cannot cover costs for weekly travel, but limited support for the retreat and showcase may be available.
Certificate of Completion
Awarded to participants who complete the cohort (minimum attendance threshold applies).
Scrapbook
Every participant — in-person or virtual — receives a scrapbook featured as part of the final showcase.
Important: The mandatory onboarding session on July 3 and all weekly lab sessions run 6:00–8:30 PM. Please confirm you can attend before applying. Section 06 of this form asks about your availability for each date.

The onboarding session on July 3 is mandatory for all participants. If you cannot attend, please explain below — we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

The minimum completion threshold is 6 of 8 sessions. Participants who complete the cohort receive a certificate of completion. All sessions are at the Edmonton Public Library – Stanley A. Milner, 6:00–8:30 PM, with food and refreshments provided. Virtual attendance is fully supported for those outside Edmonton.
